- I recharged my airtel no.-8448633179 [which was OFF since long] on 3rd Feb’20 around 10 P.M. with a talktime of Rs.100 through ONLINE from the official website of Airtel.
- The Sim is registered under the name of ANUP KUMAR PATRA.
- The recharge wasn’t successful but the amount was debited from my bank account.
- On 4th Feb, I spoke to Customer Care executive, who assured me of the refund in 7-10 working days.
- Again when I spoke to them on 21st Feb supposedly, they at first denied of the recharge but later assured the same.
- The same thing happened when I spoke to them on 25th Feb.
- All the above calls, where I spoke to their Executive was done from another Airtel No- 9007681862
