I had ordered a “sangria red kurta” on myntra app which got delivered on 11th May. Since the size was a little small (I ordered M size) I tried to exchange for a bigger size (L) which was not available. So they had an option where I could return the product instead and get refund. I applied for the product return immediately the next day 12th May and got a message that my product will be picked up at my address the same day. But I couldn’t track the status and my order never got picked up. I raised a dispute on the myntra help centre twice and they closed the ticket both times informing me that it was a fresh product so there is not return or refund. I never complained about the quality of the product. My issue was with the size of the kurta. Kindly help me get my refund.
