Hi Team,

I have placed an order (Order Id – 16041455969060197W – 1, Order Id – 16041455969060197W -2) with the Jiomart and it has delivered at my placed and I faced some size issue with the items that I have ordered. So I have requested for the exchange but they didn’t provide so unfortunately I have to request for the refund and on 31st October, 2020, they have picked up all the items for which I have requested for refund. After the return pickup I got the refund Rs. 268 for my one Item on 3rd November 2020 and for other two items they have not provided the amount of Rs.298/- so whenever I call them so they just informed to wait for 7 days and then 7 days also passed end even nothing happened. After attempts some senior guy contacted me to wait for 24 to 48 hours your refund amount will be credited but nothing till now and it’s more then a month now and nothing happened.

When Today I have contacted to the Jiomart customer support so finally they have denied any kind of support to get my amount that I have paid to them. The Name of the escalation supervisor is Forum Mehta. 

And now I see that the refund amount of Rs. 268/- has also deducted from the wallet so tell where should I contact to get the resolution and my money back………Because every one is passing me from one to other every Jiomart associate is doing the same so what can I do…..
