I have booked 2 nos of bus tickets from DINDIGUL to CHENNAI on 23.05.2018 order no.5219792746 with the amount of Rs.1598. based on the bus operator cancellation full amount of refund should be done by PAY TM as per their cancellation policy.
on 01.06.2018 i have received refund amount of Rs.799 fro PAYTM and balance amount not received. I have talk to their customer care and send message to their HELPDESK more than 20 times but no refunded done so far.
Kindly check this update and do the needful.
