I have registered a request with Videocon d2h on 12th Jun’18 to cancel my account as they were asking me pay the reinstallation charges. TAT for this request was 7 days. Since I never got call from them so I called them again on 19th and then I got to know, they have closed the request stating reason – “Customer retained”.
However I was never given a call from them. Later inquiring Customer rep told me since I have not recharged my d2h account so I won’t be getting a call from redressal deptt.
In order to get a call I need to recharge with 112 rs (min recharge for 7 days) and this amount will be fully refunded as I am not using their services. Also he will register a new complaint which will again have a TAT of 7 days. On 21st I rechaged my d2h and again gave a call to Customer deptt.
Then I got to know that the Customer rep has never ever registered my complaint of 19th and then the rep on 21st did registered the complaint for which I will get a call within 7 days. This time when I got a call around 26th rep told me that they will not refund the amount and I should have never recharged my d2h account.
Since then I have been constantly following with them. I have also dropped mails to their customer care id – “customercare@d2h.com with the call record however they never bothered to give a call back to resolve.
Also I have been constantly chasing them on Twitter where again they won’t reply back. I am still holding all the call records which i can present in case required. Now I want to file a case against them for fraud they have done and also the mental trauma I have been facing from past 30 days because of Videocond2h.

Neither of the time my complaint has been resolved. Everytime they will respond back stating “forwarded the request to concerned team”.
