Text of Complaint by Sanjay S:

I am Sanjay S. I had paid sum of Rs.5000 for the booking at Tyler house, Kelambakkam Chennai . Unfortunately, due to unforeseen circumstances, I have to cancel my booking.

While making the reservation, I carefully read on their website, that the booking amount is refundable. However, I was surprised to learn that the Sales Manager(Prasanth) of the property didn’t mention anything about the non-refundable criteria at the time of booking. I also asked him about the booking amount, he only mentioned that after he will register my mail ID, then only I can reserve a bed. After that he sent me the mail to proceed further. And it was mentioned to pay a min amount of Rs.5000 for booking. Now he’s saying it’s non refundable. But As per the cancellation policy, I am entitled to a full refund. I have attached the booking confirmation email and their refund policy which is on their website. I want my money back or else I have to take strict actions.

Stanza living is a total fraud, as i haven’t yet joined their property still they are making us stupid saying that no refund of amount.
