I booked room in oyo on 2nd july 2022 , I paid ₹ 555 by using online (google pay) but i didn’t receive any confirmation of my payment . i make call to your customer care and spoken with your executive I explained my concern and he replied that payment are still showing pending in her system and you have to make another payment again ₹ 444 and the first payment amount of ₹555 will be refund to your bank account within working hours . After this conversation I reaching near oyo hotel location and call the hotel manager to check-in the room but he said that room are fully booked now and informed to cancel my booking which I ready paid amount twice to get room .I really so much disappointed with this type of service and problems which I faced on that day.
