I had initiated an recharge by paytm using upi of ₹199 which got deducted but transaction was failed after this i got a message from paytm that the amount is credited back to my bank account but when i cross checked in my bank account statement it was not reflecting the money which should have been refunded by paytm but they just sent me a message of credited back by paytm but it doesn’t got credited in my bank account and neither they are responsing right way after i tried contacting them many time
