I had booked a round trip flight with MakemyTrip and cancelled my booking on 2nd May. Initially, i had opted for the amount to be refunded to my MakemyTrip Wallet and it got reflected immediately. However, I later decided (Same Day) to transfer this account to my Bank account. I was updated by the Makemytrip App that the amount will be reflected in my bank account by 15-17 May using approval code 312214032821. However, i didn’t receive the money in my account till Date. Later, with multiple followup’s, Makemytrip asked me to upload my Bank Statement to confirm whether the amount is credited or not. I updated these statements on 5th Jun and have been following up ever since however, i haven’t received any update nor the money in my account. All of this is being tracked under task ID- task ID-17403498422819584
