Booking ID- 9878799019 and Booking ID-9908455413 was done through paytm for train ticket booking on 11th December and 15th December respectively for 9th April and 13th April’2020, however due to COVID-19 the train got cancelled and as per IRCTC refund has been done on 28th March and 29th March for both the booking ID’s but i have not received any refund amount to my bank account yet of rs 3720 each. i.e 3720+3720-7440 rs needs to be refunded to my bank account but i have not received any refund yet and its been almost more than 1 month that i have not received the amount. As per paytm the refund status is still showing as pending and as per my bank there is no amount with the bank and they are asking me to provide with the 23 digit ARN number which should be generated for any refund but there is no ARN number or Refund reference number generated for my refund. After several follow ups they are not providing me with correct resolution and i am asking for the ARN number and they are not providing me any ARN number which the bank is asking me to provide when i am contacting bank. When i am contacting paytm they are just saying me to contact bank and bank is saying me to contact paytm for last 4 days. So i would request you to look into the matter and immediate refund of my 7440 rs need to be credited to my Account.
