Text of Complaint by Mangaldip Arun Chauhan:

Dear sir

I canceled two railway tickets on 14 September 2021 on irctc.
PNR 6454060091 cancelation/refund id 100000527744106 Amount 2580.00
IRCTC refund status shows that Amounts are sent to bank via zaakpay payment gateway. But it is not refunded yet while 9-10 days are already gone.

So please help me to refund the amounts immediately.
