i seriously hate this company now Firstly, my network issues in the area . they could not resolve it about the half of the year has passed. and secondly about this complaint – i was linking my paytm to Myairtel app in mobile after linking my paytm account i have suddenly got a message that your recharge is successful (automatically how i don’t know) of Rs 399 ( for which i haven’t applied ?? and call center is saying we can’t do anything about that? is this a joke or what??
i have been recharging of Rs 349 ( u can see in my earlier records) not of Rs 399 ( and that also which i haven’t recharge for
i want my refund or Recharge it to Rs 349
