Ive ordered a combo bra set from https://fembra.in/ via an ad show in instagram. The product was completely different from the ones which was shown in the images so i returned their product as per the refund policy. I havent got the refund amount still and its been a week since i returned the product. Dispute company details

MY NAME IS RAGHAVENDRA, I BOOKED A BUS TICKET ON SAT, 11 AUGUST 9:24 PM FROM BANGALORE TO UDUPI. MY BOOKING ID IS 5786811794.DATE OF JOURNEY WAS AUGUST 14 TUESDAY.PNR NO IS  24749490-TS180811212417QLLM. ON 12 AUGUST I CANCELLED THE TICKET. ACCORDING TO PAY TM POLICY I SHOULD GET 808 RS BACK. BUT STILL IT IS NOT REFUNDED ME. I RAISE THE COMPLAINT , COMPLAINT NO IS 88506351. STILL PROBLEM NOT SOLVED .THEY BLOCKED EVEN MU GMAIL ALSO IT MEANS I CANT SEND ANY MAIL TO PAYTM CARE. ALL MAILS ARE DELIVERY FAILUER. PLEASE HELP ME TO GET MY REFUND.
