Text of Complaint by Prasanta Kumar Jena:

Sir,

I have one airtel prepaid connection bearing no.7978883269 and i have been facing slow internet problem since 27.12.2020 on the location i.e. at-Uttara, Via-Balakati, PIN-752100. In this regard i have lodged one complain on 29.12.2020 through customer care no.121 and the time limit of the said complain was till 07.01.2021. In between i were calling 121 for 3 times and the answer was “please wait, our team is working and the problem will be solved within the said time limit”. When today i were calling customer care the executive told me that the said complain for the location was mistakenly taken for other location for which we are lodged another complain and wait for till 14.01.2021. Here i like to inform you that the behaviour of the customer care executive was very rough towards me.
Therefore, please enquiry the matter and solve my problem regarding slow internet connection for the location at-Uttara, Via-Balakati, PIN- 752100 and also i am requesting your good office to take disciplinary action against the said customer care executive as soon as possible otherwise i will take the help of consumer forum against the company.
