I had purchased a product in Amazon.in on 7-Apr-2019 with pay on
delivery basis .The item was returned and the refund of RS 29999.00 is not been credited to my account.I contact the executive persons regarding the issue they said transaction has been done through Amazon ref no:HSBCN19120418878 on 30th April 2019 and asked me to contact my Bank with this ref ID where as my bank denied regarding any transaction from Amazon.in contact them for initiation on refund.I made several efforts contacting Amazon.in regarding refund every time they asked me to raise the dispute with my bank for which my bank denied. Till today no amount is been credited to my account .In one of the reply from Amazon.in they have mentioned they have initiated to my credit card where i don’t hold any credit card associated with my bank account.
