i have ordered Redmi note 5 pro from paytmall on 23oct 2018 and they delivered me note 5 , then i returned the product to the company which was picked on 29 oct 2018, after that i have submitted my NEFT details and have given account details to them they assured that refund will be credited in 14 working days ,then on 13 of the working days i received a mail saying that refund will be credited in 6 working days which have completed today still have not received my refund
