I booked the hotel for my relative at Mount Manor in Chennai on 22nd May 19 and i made a payment while booking itself,but due to unexpected reasons we didn’t check in the hostel and informed same thing to hotel to cancel it.They Cancelled it,but they are refunding the money even though we didn’t check-in to the hotel.
