Hi Team,
I have booked hotel online through Booking.com (Shivam Beach Resort – E-2/233D, Naiko vaddo, Behind Hotel Neelam Grande, Calangute, Goa, India, 403516) to accommodate with me and my friend’s family (Vinod Viche) from 29th December to 231st December. I have made payment of Rs.6300/- (25% Advance amount for booking confirmation) through Phone Pay on 26th November 2025. (UPI Transaction no – T2511261336174574643885) payment credited to (As per provided) The Four season – UPI ID – 88089876@idfcbank.
When we reach the hotel for stay the hotels rooms are not as per shown on Booking.com website. The available rooms do not match the family safety stay so because of these reasons we have cancelled our booking through Booking.com (It shows 100% refund policy). I requested a refund of my money, but manager, owner and his team refused to refund any amount after taking lots off follow-ups with him. Now he is changing his hotels name from Shivam Beach Resort to Sanjan Ram.
So, I would like to complaint against the Owner and his Manager (Hotel managed by The Four season). I have recorded the WhatsApp chat follow-ups and booking details.
