Text of Complaint by Sapna Garg:

Order ID – 189947163259. Ticket No. 690540333525 raised for return of the product on 28 Jul 2023. Was informed that I am required to self ship the product being in Non Serviceable Zone. The product was self shipped by India Speedpost and reciept uploaded. The product delivered to the seller on 04 Aug 2023.

Was informed on 07 Aug 2023 that the refund of Rs. 1016/- and courier charges of Rs. 70/- is being processed within 2 working days. Later I was informed that I am not eligible for reimbursement of the returned product in terms of Fair Usage Policy.

Escalated this issue again on 14 Aug 2023 (Ticket 692003154873) and resubmitted the courier slip. The refund is still awaited. They have kept both the product and the payment made for the product.

Approached their Grievance Cell on mail and CEO on Twitter. No relief provided till date.

      Today is 31 Aug. The dedication of your team is visible since past 2 weeks.

      On 24 Aug I was confirmed on Twitter, mail and telephone that my case has been resolved and return amount of Rs. 1016/- + reimbursement amount of Rs. 70/- will be processed in 2 working days, which will reflect in my account in next 2-3 working days.

      Today is the 6th working day and I do not see any credit of them in my account.
