I am rakesh registered mobile number on flipkart 8825805500.
I have purchased a laptop asus on 14 dec 2022. Which i got on 16 dec 2022 at my door step. I notice that the laptop speed is very very slow and speakers are not working properly. So i made a refund request on 22 dec 2022..and the return request getting automatically cancelled many times and they are forcing me to get replacement of the product but at the time of purchase there was only return policy not replacement. At the time of my return request i fill up all the banks details on 22 dec. till now i have not got my refund .. Really very bad time on shopping with flipkart … This is my last mistake to shop on flipkart and wasted my 19995 rs on the defective product …i will not make any future purchase on this flipkart any more.. I request flipkart authority to look at the matter and take a action against this fraud.
