Ola driver has chitted my kid he reveived money then to asked to make payement two times on his personal QR CODE. HE PAID HIM 4800 INR, their was also automatic deduction from ola postpaid account of Rs, 1000 too.
Driver has shared his num with my kid and asked him if he didnt receive money reverse ane credited to his account he ll refund us. Now driver is denying to pay refund. We have whatsapped him bank statement and then we contacted ola cc they have taken 15-20 days to respond and then again taken week time to submit required doc and cross check the things. Finally they promised to pay refund in 3 days now since one month we are following them but no response no response to emails. And worst thing is that they are following us for postpaid bill payment. What is this hell about, we have all the emails.
