I travelled from ola from Airport on the 20th September 2022, ola driver requested me to pay him cash as he required money to get diesel and out of compassion I paid him cash and informed Ola that I paid cash and not to charge me anything. However, even after that, ola sent me a bill to make the payment for the journey and since i had already paid to the driver i refused to pay and ola added 100 rupees as late payment fee. i got an email that the same will be refunded back to me hence please make the payment as they don’t have an option to cancel the payment request. As a good consumer I paid as they assured me a refund.
now it’s been a month now i haven’t received any refund from them and constantly they keep sending the same email upon asking that within 10 working days it will be credited. got tired of the same response I came to complain without any other way to communicate with them.
I have made dual payment for one journey. worst experience of my life.
