PRIYANKA HERE. I HAVE BEEN COMPLAINING PAST 10 MONTHS ABOUT THE REFUND. I TRIED IN ALL ASPECTS BUT NO PROPER RESPONSE. I KEEP CALLING TO THE CUSTOMER CARE SERVICE YET THE ALWAYS KEPT TELLING ME ABOUT MAILING THEM ABOUT THE DETAILS AND KEPT GIVING ME COMPLIANT ID. BUT NO REFUND HAS COME SO FAR. TRY TO UNDERSTAND FROM MIDDLE CLASS POINT OF FEW. ITS A VERY BIG AMOUNT FOR PEOPLE LIKE US. I WISH AFTER SEEING THIS MESSAGE YOU WOULD TAKE SERIOUS ACTION.
