I Dyaneshwar Bhat booked air ticket from Bangalore to Mumbai on 12th December. The ticket was not confirmed, but the ticket fare was debited in my Credit card. Till date I have not recd the refund amount. I have emailed the complaint twice, but no reply is recd till date.
