SIR
I HAVE BOOKED TRAIN TICKET ON 7TH NOV AND CANCELLED SAME TICKET ON SAME DAY. REFUND HAS BEEN INITITATED BUT TILL NOW REFUND AMOUNT HAS NOT BEEN CREDITED IN MY ACCOUNT OR PAYTM ACCOUNT.
