Text of Complaint by Suhana Harris:

I have ordered a levis shirt through Ajio app on 27th August 2021. The expected delivery was on 3rd September. But I haven’t received the product on said date. So I have contacted the customer care. They told the product is damaged and returned to the warehouse and the amount will be refunded. Its been 25 days and I haven’t received my refund. Whenever I contact them they just register a complaint and ask me to wait.
