IRCTC ticket was booked and payment mode was Paytm.
Due to ticket conferm issue I had cancelled the ticket but the refund amount is not showing in Paytm wallet. I had contacted with IRCTC customer care they had send the refund amount .The refund amount should show in Paytm wallet but it not showing.I had contacted with Paytm through message they have told that the amount has been trasfer to bank account. I reached Kotak lalbag branch they told that no amount has been transferred from Paytm and they told that the amount should come in Paytm wallet because the payment mode was Paytm
