Text of Complaint by Dinesh Vaman Chaudhari:

Myself Dinesh Vaman Chaudhari a regular traveller of your airline and has went through a tough time because of your customer care executive giving me false commitment for 9 times on call. Please consider it a serious problem and kindly take a serious action against your all executive.
My travelling details are as:

Travelling from Varanasi to Hyderabad on 15/06/2021.
My issue is that I made a ticket booking with the cash payment at airport counter and flight was cancelled from your end and for refund I requested to transfer the amount to my friends account as my bank account is frozen and I was been told that it will be refunded to my friends accounts and then I made few calls later then told me that about declaration form and then I compliant to senior manager on call that I was been told something else and now it’s being a false commitment and then he said he will put a request and refund will be done to my friends account and few days later I called again for follow up then executive said account detail is missing a digit and reconfirmed the account number on call with my friend ( whose account details were given) on conference call the account details were updated and confirmed 4times on call the date is 25th July when call was made to you and that girl ( customer care executive ) said that it will be refunded in 7days  and yesterday that is on 29th June your senior person gave me a commitment of listening to call recording and call me back on 30th June with the solution which is again a false commitment done to me. Now also i spoke to your senior ie30th of June for 1hour and please ensure that your quality team respond to me after listening to call recordings especially of 25th June.
I want a call back from you and listen to call recordings of me with your all the executives. I have been patient enough and so hope atleast at your end my problem will be solved. And I expect an immediate call back because it’s an height of fooling me .
