Hi
I had placed a order with Zomato and made a online payment of 282 rs
The person who was supposed to deliver food neither called not delivered the food
Then I got a message that my order was cancelled from Zomato and I would be refunded my money
It has been over 7 days and I have not received my refund.
Now I see that they Zomato have put up a message that there delivery partner tried to contact me but failed to get me so my order got cancelled and to compensate the delivery partner my online payment money was used as compensation.
I would appreciate if this matter could be looked into and my money refunded back to me.
