Text of Complaint by Preethi:

I received the worst food and Zomato people said me that they have initiated a refund but they did not aaded the refund they gave me false information.. I have tried to initiate a chat again but they cut me off They didn’t responded to me I asked extra compensation for waiting more than a month and I have wasted more than 2 and half hours in chat they didn’t gave me any resolution
