- The Booking id is – 12168198710.
- On 16 Spicejet cancelled the flight, half money which belonged to credit shell was back and the remaining 2282/- Paytm customer care are saying they are working and will be refunded soon for last 13 days now, when I ask them to connect to supervisor they were not ready saying they will also tell you the same thing that it will be processed soon hence kept me on call for more then 45 mins. I have called them almost 4 to 5 times and I ask them how many more days they need and let me know the TAT and they have no answer, I have called them many times asking the same how many days and they have no answer. This is really frustrating. Please take an action as soon as possible, it’s really frustrating to be on call for 15 – 20 mins on hold to get connected and then no one has any answer and neither supervisor wants to get connected.
