Respected sir,
We already informed the restaurant from that we did not wanted ice in one of the milkshake and whereas in the rest of it with ice. But, we received the order in the vice versa manner, which had ice in only one of the milkshake and the rest were without ice. Further, the milkshake was bitter in taste and not as consumables for the human being. Thus, we need refund for the same, as all of it was thrown away as the waste.
Therefore, it is requested to compensate and refund the amount as soon as possible.
Also, the slide to have interaction with the agent was not available.
