I ordered a tripod on 13th July’2020 – Details : Order placed on : 13 Jul 2020, Order ID : 108536625, Transaction ID : 125116010326797, . I received this product on 20th July, and we initiated return on the same day. Since then I called many times for refund, spoke to numerous agents and supervisors too still no action has been taken, every time I am been told 3 business days which never happened. It is 18th of August, I have been sent from pillar to post, tried to get my refund even on social media platform. I have been waiting for my refund for almost a month now. Placed complaint on tatacliq customer care support number, Instagram handle and email too with no response. I initiated a return of the product immediately when I received the product because on website it was mentioned that it is a professional tripod however it was not even able to hold weight of my camera and quality was inferior. I made multiple calls to the call center no one pays heed. Even after almost a month and after multiple follow ups and complaints with their customer care team still I haven’t got my refund.
