booked ticket on 12 Dec 2022 chennai to perambalur RKT travels ticket number TRCK97386848.
However the bus operator cancelled the bus and told that redbus will refund the money. But i did not get my refund at all afet so many follow ups.
During march/April, the customer care gave one fake reference number to check with bank. But bank confirmed that there was no such transaction made. So i again follow up with customer care. He assured that it will be resolved in 7 days. But again there was no refund and called august again to follow up. Now customer care person saying rudely that its more than 6 months and dont give a shit about that.
I would like to go legal processing if this amount not refunded.
