the train rescheduled by 3 hours so I got a message so I canceled this ticket.
Even I got a message that if the train is delayed and rescheduled for 3 hours you can get a refund. I don’t find the option to file TDR as I canceled the ticket.
Please refund 100% as the train rescheduled for 3 hours, else I file RTI against irctc.
Fully injustice as I got message Zero refund.
