Text of Complaint by Sabarinath R:

I have booked ticket in Go First to travel from Bangalore to Goa PNR: D4CZTY (30 Nov 2023) and got notification on 19th Oct 2023 from airlines that the flight has been cancelled due to operational issue. When i checked with the MakeMyTrip, they informed that MMT has raised bulk request for NCLT.

Its been 3 months now, there are no update from MMT or GoFirst or any other officials who are responsible. There are lump of public’s money kept on hold for un-necessary reason, will it be refunded with interest? I have sent so many email to MMT and Go First, but no response.

This needs to be filled as consumer court or somewhere and some action to be taken against the irresponsibility.
