I am immensely frustrated with your delivery boys (CHANDANNAGAR WEST BENGAL HUB) & got further more frustrated to experience that Flipkart itself is not capable strong enough to handle firmly their illiterate delivery boys creating malfunctions every day & aiming to defame the reputation of Flipkart at the earliest possible time they can. I will definitely seek the intervention of consumer court but as priority I felt to contact CEO Sir firstly. I had contacted Flipkart customer care but found it bogus & incapable.
1) Please check my previous track record with Flipkart having numerous purchases completed without any messes.
2) Secondly Order No – OD329368604208837100 was deliberately cancelled by your Delivery boys but practically I have received the Order of Poco C55 mobile on dated 13.10.2023. I told your boys that I will give him OTP on 14.10.2023 because they suffered me badly to deliver the product & since then your delivery boys had started doing all messes. They had delivered numerous orders previously on this same delivery address. I need Invoice of Poco C55 at the Earliest.
3) Order No – OD329439708054516100 (4 Suits) cancelled by your delivery executive to take revenge against me but they don’t that I am capable of escalating this issue upto court case if needed.
I seek firm punishment of your delivery executives & need delivery of Order No – OD329439708054516100 immediately.
ALL PRODUCTS WERE CANCELLED WITHOUT CALLING ME / WITHOUT INTIMATING ME PLEASE BE NOTED
