Text of Complaint by Ajay Kumar Singh:

We Have Received A RTO For Suborder 210097776252_1 And It Was A Women’s Leather Embroidery Jutti. We Received The RTO dated 6/5/2022., And When We Are Open The Package To Check The Product, We Found That our item is missing and a Different Item(Slippers) is In The Packet, Everything Is Missing Not Only The Product Is Changed. The Cost Of Our Order Product Is Rs.1350/-. we have submitted all the information related to this wrong receiving like the video while opening the parcel and the waybill image. Now Meesho will reject to redeem our order value and not mention the proper reason. We want My Leather Jutti Otherwise Want the Whole Order Value of our order value. Take Action ASAP.
