Today I am trying to book an train ticket for intercity sp from gorakhpur to BNZ and my payment has been deducted from my account by redBus and not show any ticket.
In the redBus website there is not have any contact number to call and ask why happening this to redBus.
This company is cheating from indian people this way and later they are refunding the payment after deducting some amout from customer payment.
They are cheating people 24 hrs x 7 days.
I recommend to ban this company and put his owner as a thif in the jail.
And also I recommend to check redBus account system the way that they are cheating people just collecting 02 to 03 rupes from each transaction.
I have an question – what of if an person have only 600 rupee and he want to travel to Lucknow from Gorakhpur, therefore if the redBut do this way what they did to me(they are saying that my payment will come back to my account after 2-3 days after deduction of 3 rupes service charge) than how the person will go to lucknow.
and who is going to take this inconvenience responsibility.
Therefore, as from now need immediately to ban redBus and investigate his payment account number to see they are cheating 24 x7 indian people as well international.
