On 28 Sept 2023 I book a ticket of bus Through RedBus Application. But it was canceled due to operator fault, on 04 oct 2023 RedBus Send me message that your amount was credited successfully. But when i check my account there is no amount is credited, So i talk with bank but they said that the problem was through RedBus End and RedBus was not taking any responsibility of that. So, what will i do
