Text of Complaint by Anshika Kamboj:

I brought a bus ticket from red bus on 9 November 2023. Departure time of bus was 7:20 am 10/11/23 .I reached the bus stand (the location that was provided ) the exact location prior . Before 7:17 on 10 November. I doubted if that was the bus stand as I could see no bus at that place .so I called the operator but he did not pick my call .I kept calling and the operator picked my call after 10:23. And said that the bus has left I then called customer care to file a complaint,they tried confirming the scenario from the bus operator but the operator didn’t pick there call either (later if he did I don’t know) but at that time the customer care girl told me that he is not picking up the call and they will look into the matter.I had to bear the losses. Travel from busstand to mohan nagar ,get a new bus then travel to mussoorie in segments .That is the problem that I had to face .moreover I had to pay for the same route again just because operator didn’t pick the call and RESOLVE MY QUERY (THAT is to tell me that the bus was though not visible but standing just behind the spot where I stood) . There was just this one thing that the operator was hired for (to take care if all the passengers have been seated ) he couldn’t even do that either,and he still had an attitude and audacity to tell the redbus later that I missed the bus.
I have all the call logs as proof and can provide it wherever needed.
