I booked a bus on 14-9-18 for departure date  of 15-9-18 from gurgaon to ajmer .

i got bus details :

First in this text message they sent wrong bus driver number by  that’s why i was not able to contact with bus driver.

I was wating since 10:3PM to 2 A.M at given location .but neither driver call nor phone pe chstomer received my call on spot.

Then i called to redbus customer care service they simply said “sir you booked via thired party app so we dont have any detials regarding this journey we can’t help ,kinly drop a mail or call phone pe customer service”.

Next day when i checked the phone pe bus status it showing journey completed .

How it possible i didn’t take this ride.

 

I drop a mail to phonepe and redbus both.

They are not giving correct response over mail.

On 15-9-18 phone pe customer called me and said “sir we are just a payment app , your payment was succesfully made to redbus so we can’t help in this topic”.

 

Neither redbus taking owner ship neither phonepe .

I have a mail related this complete issue but no one helping .

 

This kind of business they are doing online .

Kindly help me and take action. against this both online app .
