I had received the call for data entry job. First they simply explain the procedure that I have to fill the data. But now when I am unable to complete the work. They ask for registration fee which I had paid as the mentioned earlier. As mentioned below.
The work will be home based and you should have a laptop and Computer to work. The plan tells you.
The company gives you 510 forms you have to completed within 6 days , in order to type in, you should have 90% accuracy in it, meaning 459 forms right. So Sir The company gives you a total of 20400/- salary. The registration amount will be deduct from your salary 5250/- that is, The finally salary you will get 15150/-.
Per forms 40/-.
“You will not get Salary if you Incompleted work and You unable to get 90% Accuracy” , then you have to pay 5250/- * to the company yourself.

Which I had paid and mailed them also like this: I “Nicky” declared that I paid 5500/- this amount to “Red ware Solutions” company 28-08-2021. From now I don’t have any abjection with the company.
But suddenly they said I had contract with them of 11 month. Which I never sign and they never informed me and send the following mail.
Mrs.Nicky,
You have made an amount payment for the registration of the company.
And you have an 11-month agreement with the company, that’s why a 10-month agreement is pending, so how will you cancel the 10-month agreement?
If you come to court tomorrow with your lawyer then 5500*10=55000 will have to be paid.
If you have to cancel online then due to lockdown it will happen at 12,580/- Rs.
If you have to continue work then you have to pay Security Charges 15,500/- Rs. (For Refundable)

However my name also mentioned wrong. I am not Mrs Nicky. Additional I had paid the closing fee also as mentioned and mailed them this;
I “Nicky” declared that I paid 5500+12580/- this amount to “Red ware Solutions” company 28-08-2021. From now I don’t have any abjection with the company. But they didn’t stop here they further demand for 14500rs fee for online signature and stamp and if I will not pay them they fill file case against me. They mentally tortured me and I even cried. Now they said they had issued notice against me and meet me in the court. Which making me very uncomfortable
