Dear Sir
I sent the mail to red bus as follows:

“The bus operator didn’t picked me at the pick up point. While tracking the bus i understand that it is gone some other way. I called so more than 10 time to the respective contact numbers. Nobody answered to my call. Finally i got another number and i tried it and his name is Arun and he informed me that the bus far away from your location and he don’t know about this incidence. I was frustrated and now I m going to pick some other transport. UTS TRAVEL people didn’t responded to the call and i felt like irresponsible people. I need FULL REFUND of my ticket fare. Thanks! for redbus providing good service.”

“Hi Sir, What is the status of refund, yeserday UTS travel person called me from “9600065926” this mobile no. and told sorry for the incidence and asked my bank account details to transfer the amount though i informed them “I already escalated this incidence to redbus and i will get the refund through redbus ” but he told that anyway i have to pay and pls share your account details he told. Hence i shared my account details through sms to the mobile number. But still haven’t got any amount and at your end also there is no response. Kindly respond as early as possible. REFUND THE AMOUNT IMMEDIATELY. Looking forward your kind patronage.”

As compensation for the inconvenience caused, we are processing a refund of Rs.1015/- to your payment mode. Please refer to the email sent to you for further details. Thank you for choosing redBus.”
After that i received a call from Red bus customer care and they promised to refund the amount within 10 days. But still i have not received the amount.
Kindly help or advise me to get my money.
