Text of Complaint by Crystal Carvalho:

I recharged my paytm account for Rs 500/- this afternoon. I used HFDC netbanking.

 

The money has been deducted from my bank account but has not come into my patytm wallet as yet.

 

Contacted the bank they said will have to speak to the paytm customer care.

 

Been calling but not getting a hold of any customer care exec.
