I SMT JAYATI BHATTACHARYA RESIDES AT BURDWAN WB CUSTOMER OF VODAFONE PREPAID MY NUMBER IS 9434391452 USUALLY I AM RECHARGING FOR 84 DAYS.

MY PREVIOUS RECHARGE OF RS 349 EXPIRED ON 19.05.2020 DUE TO COVID PANDEMIC LOCKDOWN AND TODAY’S CYCLONIC STORM ‘AMPHUN’ MOST OF THE RETAILERS REMAIN CLOSED. SO I HAD RECHARGE WITH RS 49 AND SURPRISINGLY TALK TIME BALANCE FINISHED WITHIN FEW MINUTES.

WHAT IS MORE SURPRISING MY INCOMING CALL FACILITY IS ALSO STOPPED. I TRIED TO TALK WITH CUSTOMER CARE SALES REPRESENTATIVE BUT FAILED EVEN AFTER TRYING MORE THAN 1 HOUR.

NOW AFTER AN HOUR BACK I GOT A MESSAGE FROM VODAFONE THAT MY REQUEST FOR CALLER TUNE IS PENDING BECAUSE OF LOW BALANCE.

IT’S A CLEAR CASE OF CHEATING I NEVER EVER REQUEST FOR CALLER TUNE.

SO IT’S MY QUESTION TO VODAFONE

1. HOW MY BALANCE FINISHED WITHIN FEW MINUTES?

2. HOW CAN YOU STOP MY INCOMING CALL FACILITY?

3. CAN YOU SHOW ANY PROOF WHERE I REQUEST FOR CALLER TUNE?

4. WHY CALLING TO YOUR CUSTOMER CARE REPRESENTATIVE IS NOT POSSIBLE?
