I am a paytm user. I always pay bills and recharge phones through there app. Recently I recharged one of my prepaid phone number which is a Airtel user but I forgot to select airtel and selected vodafone instead. And they accepted the payment. Now since them I am trying to reach their cc but noone is willing to help me out with refund.
