I have tried recharge using paytm yesterday morning ie 22 may 2018. money was debited in the bank .paytm assured we wil do recharge with 4 hours ..
It is been more than 20 hours they have done any recharge and they not even willing to cancel the transaction and they kept status as processing so that they will recharge whenever they wish.
When I ask their customercare they said to wait for 5 days to get recharged (whenever they get confirmation from bank they will do recharge)..they are cheating customers without cancelling the transaction even more than 20 hrs if it was not processed.
