Recharge of 599 is done, money deducted through vmsl prepaid from my upi at 8.49 AM on 24.03.20, recharge did not happen. Again tried to recharge with other payment mode at 10:49 recharge success. I need refund of first failed recharge.

Step 1:- I tried to recharge 8238444386 by Google Pay  (IDBI account) from My Vodafone App (This app has registered number +7574857619) by clicking “Recharge for others”. Recharge failed. But payment to Vodafone was successful. Please refund this.   (24/03/2020 , 8:49AM)

 

Step 2:- I tried to recharge  8238444386  from its own My Vodafone app. And Recharge was successful.   (24/03/2020 , 10:49AM)

I made payment of Rs. 599 for 2 times to Vodafone.

I need refund of first payment for which recharge didn’t success.
