I had visited vodafone store chrompet on 16th for postpaid to prepaid change and as per the executive(Mr.Anbarasan) advice i have paid 349rs as a postpaid bill and 178rs for 1st recharge. Yesterday evening(6:30pm) my no changed into prepaid, but recharge not done by the vodafone store.
When i call to customer care, they asked me to visit the store again. But this not a good customer service. I have a doubt when they ask 1st recharge amount should be a cash only. For cheating customers they ask us to pay by cash. I need my recharge amount immediately to my account. My mobile no 9994609575
